Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products — recorded courses, study material, PDFs, question banks, and test series — all purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Live Classes

Refund requests for live classes may be considered only if:

  • The batch has not commenced.
  • Access has not been provided.
  • A duplicate payment occurred.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

Technical Issues

If students experience technical issues caused by ChemZoone, our support team will make every effort to resolve them promptly. Where appropriate, we may offer the following instead of monetary refunds:

  • Extended access to your course.
  • An alternative batch.
  • A course replacement.

Duplicate Payments

Any duplicate payment made accidentally will be refunded after verification.

Cancellation

Students may cancel future enrollments before course activation. Activated digital products cannot be cancelled.

Tip: Review course details carefully before purchase — activation begins as soon as access is granted.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests arising from exceptional situations may be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of ChemZoone.
