Live Classes
Refund requests for live classes may be considered only if:
- The batch has not commenced.
- Access has not been provided.
- A duplicate payment occurred.

Technical Issues
If students experience technical issues caused by ChemZoone, our support team will make every effort to resolve them promptly. Where appropriate, we may offer the following instead of monetary refunds:
- Extended access to your course.
- An alternative batch.
- A course replacement.
Duplicate Payments
Any duplicate payment made accidentally will be refunded after verification.
